Children that might be attending the Early Learning 3 year old or 4 year old program at Madison Elementary during the 2023-2024 school year are advised to attend this screening as part of the pre-enrollment process. Any child from birth to 5 years old are invited to be screened. Please call Madison Elementary School, 620-437-2918, to set up an appointment.
